Our family business is located in Saint Coulomb between Cancale
and Saint Malo since 2005.
Our artisanal jams are made using a cooking process
very specific. To preserve the very essence of our fruits, their
taste qualities, their scents, their colors, our jams are
cooked in traditional basins, copper, for a time
excessively short.
Our fruits are chosen from the best and always at good
maturity. Our favorite varieties are Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant,
Bergeron apricot, Plougastel strawberry, vineyard peach, Fig
harvested in Sollies…
We work with a high percentage of fruit (64% on average)
