In their store in Cancale, Stéphane, Sandra his wife and their loyal team meet individuals who love Cancale oysters, shellfish and crustaceans. Located on the port of La Houle, Les Viviers de la Houle offer you their oysters directly from their production, seafood platters, "homemade" prepared dishes, Bordier butter, wines and seafood groceries.

All our platters are made to order (by phone or in store), because downstream it is necessary to plan the cooking time of the shellfish and the presentation on the platter.
We offer 4 formulas but we can also compose platters with the products of your choice.

We offer you hollow oysters from Cancale direct from our production parks, live and/or cooked shellfish and crustaceans, seafood platters, bouchot mussels in season, Traiteur de la mer according to our arrivals and desires.
