On the slate according to season, grilled fish and meat, seafood, scallops with andouille, scallops smoked by us, crab stuffed with coconut milk in the Caribbean style, giant skewers of beef or Saint -Jacques - prawns, John Dory with emulsified foie gras sauce, cod steak in a spice crust, whole sea bass grilled a la plancha, semi-cooked Saint-Jacques with homemade gingerbread sauce, sole meunière, duck breast and pear roast with emulsified salted butter caramel sauce.
