Chef Olivier Hubert has dropped anchor in St Malo at Le Cambusier intramural restaurant, much to the delight of Marie-Eve, a Breton, 100% "pure semi-salted butter", originally from Cancale via her grandfather, who was a Cambusier and Terre-Neuvas on the "L'Heureux".
The chef's cuisine is based on fresh, local produce from short supply chains, playing on textures and flavors. The menu is regularly renewed.
