Stéphane and Sandrine Peltier welcome you to their new restaurant. Their specialty: "Serving giant brochettes: beef, kidneys, duck breast, pork filet mignon, scallops, prawns, salmon... with different sauces. This requires a certain amount of adaptation and cutting to size. We source fresh, local produce, particularly from wholesaler La Marée pour tous. Every lunchtime, we have a fresh fish from the daily catch in Erquy.
For dessert, the house specialty is gingerbread with honeyed pears and salted butter caramel. There's also kouign-amann, far breton and rice pudding, "all homemade".
