The cuisine here is gourmet and refined, both visually and in terms of taste. It's no coincidence that Xavier Villedieu and his partner Éric Esnault have chosen his wife Rachel as their chef. This designer by trade, a fan of sweet and savoury combinations, is bursting with creativity, both on the menu of seasonal dishes and on the menu of crêpes and galettes.
The product, always of the highest quality and most often local, is at the heart of all her culinary proposals: organic smoked salmon, crunchy vegetables, black pudding, sardines, pig sausage, etc. Vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike can discover food and cider pairings they'd never have imagined!
