This 18th century mansion is the last visitable “privateer hotel” in Saint-Malo, built for the director of the East India Company (Magon de la Lande).
You will be able to see its hidden staircases, its large paneled lounges, its cellars which were prisons during the revolution, but also a collection of weapons and corsair chests, documents and coins from the period.
This tour, exclusively guided, takes you into 18th century St Malo through several themes: The racing war and the status of privateer, the great Malouins businesses, the presentation of life in this residence and finally the organization of this large commercial port.
