Chef Olivier Hubert settled in St Malo at Le Cambusier Restaurant in the old city of St Malo with Marie-Eve, born in Cancale: her grandfather was "Cambusier", a French cod fisherman on the ship "L'Heureux".
The chef offers a cuisine based on fresh local products playing on textures and flavors.
The menus are regularly renewed.
Discover cheeses and butter from the famous "Maison Bordier" with a glass of selected wine (over 80 wines).
