Chef Olivier Valade invites you behind the scenes, become apprentice cook time of a meeting under the sign of conviviality. Classes last about 2:30, around a seasonal theme. * Each session consists of 12-14 people maximum, all participants have a work station. The course consists of a cooking demonstration and participation on the important part of the theme.
